This dance should be done with Cuban hip motion, especially the first 4 counts.
 
SIDE, TOGETHER, SIDE, TOGETHER, SIDE, WITH CUBAN HIPS
1  Step Left foot to left side bending Left knee and shifting hips to right side
2  Step Right beside Left bending Right knee and shifting hips to left side
3  Step Left foot to left side bending Left knee and shifting hips to right side
&  Step Right beside Left bending Right knee and shifting hips to left side
4  Step Left foot to left side bending Left knee and shifting hips to right side
 
CROSS ROCK, RECOVER, SIDE, TOGETHER, 1/4 TURN RIGHT
5-6  Rock Right foot across in front of Left, replace weight back to Left foot
7&8  Step Right foot to right side, step together with Left, turn 1/4 right step forward with Right
 
FORWARD, LOCK, FORWARD CHA, STEP, 1/2 TURN LEFT, ROCK, BODY ROLL
1-2  Step forward with Left, lock Right foot in behind Left
3&4  Step forward with Left, step together with Right, step forward with Left
5-6  Step forward with Right, turn 1/2 left shifting weight to Left foot
7  Rock forward onto Right foot starting body roll
8  Finish body roll shifting weight back to Left foot
 
ROCK BACK, RECOVER, 1/4 TURN LEFT, HEEL DROP, SHIFT, DROP, SHIFT, DROP
1-2  Rock back with Right foot, replace weight forward to Left foot
3  Turn 1/4 left, step to right side with Right foot
4  Leaving ball of Left foot where it is bring Left heel toward Right foot and drop Left heel to floor
5  Straightening Left foot shift weight to Left foot
6  Leaving ball of Right foot where it is bring Right heel toward Left foot and drop Right heel to floor
7  Straightening Right foot, shift weight to Right foot
8  Leaving ball of Left foot where it is bring Left heel toward Right foot and drop Left heel to floor
 
ROCK, RECOVER, CROSS, BALL, CROSS, ROCK, RECOVER, CROSS, CLAP, CLAP
1-2  Straightening Left foot rock Left foot to left side, replace weight to Right foot
3&4  Step Left foot across in front of Right, small step with ball of Right foot to right side,
  step Left foot across in front of Right again
5-6  Rock Right foot to right side, replace weight to Left foot
7&8  Step Right foot across in front of Left, clap hands twice
