1&  Step forward on ball of right foot and slide backward.
2&  Step forward on ball of left foot and slide backward.
3&  Step forward on ball of right foot and slide backward.
 
4-5   Step forward on left foot. Step forward on right foot (roll hips forward).
6  Roll hips backward (changing weight to left foot).
7  Roll hips forward (changing weight to right foot).
8  Roll hips backward (changing weight to left foot).
 
Electric Kick
9-10  Step back on right foot. Step on left foot.
11-12  Step forward on right foot. Step on left foot.

13&  Step back on right foot. Step on left foot.
