13 | | With the weight on both toe/balls swivel/move both heels to the right. |

37-38 | | L foot steps into a 1/4 turn to the left, facing 3:00. Step R foot beside the L. The feet |
| | should be about 2 to 4 inches apart. Weight is on both toe/balls. |
39-40 | | Swivel both heels to the left. Swivel both heels back to center. |
