(Optional Arms: On hold counts (2,3), reach arms/hands out in front, palms up)
1-3  Right long step forward learning forward, HOLD, HOLD (see arms above)
4-6  Pivot 1/2 turn left (transfer weight Left), Right step forward, Left step fwd
 
(The next 12 counts are exact repeats of above 12 counts)
