HEEL-TOE TOUCHES, STEP SLIDES
1-2  Tap R heel forward 45 degrees right, touch R toe beside Left
3-4  Step R a long step to right side, slide touch L toe beside right
5-6  Tap L heel forward 45 degrees left, touch L toe beside right
7-8  Step L a long step to left side, slide touch R toe beside left
 
HEEL-TOE TOUCHES, STEP SLIDES
1-2  Tap R heel forward 45 degrees right, touch R toe beside left
3-4  Step R a long step to right side, slide touch L toe beside right
5-6  Tap L heel forward 45 degrees left, touch L toe beside right
7-8  Step L a long step to left side, slide touch R toe beside left
 
HIP PUSHES (BUMPS)
1  Shifting weight to R, push (bump) hips to right
2  Shifting weight to R, push (bump) hips to right
3  Shifting weight to L, push (bump) hips to left
4  Shifting weight to L, push (bump) hips to left
5  Weight even, push (bump) hips back
6  Weight even, push (bump) hips back
7  Weight even, push (bump) hips forward
8  Weight even, push (bump) hips forward
 
HIP PUSHES (BUMPS), FORWARD WALK, HEEL TAP, TOE TOUCH
1  Push (bump) hips anywhere your want
2  Push (bump) hips anywhere your want
  Instead of doing the last two hip bumps do toe splits instead!
3-4  Step forward on R, step forward on L
5-6  Step forward on R, step forward on L
7-8  Tap R heel forward, touch R toe back
 
1/4 TURN, TOUCH & CROSS JAZZ BOX, FORWARD JUMP
1  Stepping forward on R, make 1/4 turn right
2  Touch L toe out to left side
3  Cross step L over right
4  Touch R out to right side
5  Cross step R over left
6  Step back on L
7  Step R beside left
8  Weight even on both feet, Jump forward shifting weight to Left when landing
